The lobby area gives a mixed impression, while the
rooms are oversized and impeccably clean. The beds and pillows were excellent. However, the dated Halloween decorations still lingering during the holiday season left a poor impression. With a little care, this could easily become a top-rated hotel.

clean room but poor service
The Queen Suite was spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The shower provided a refreshing experience after a long day.
The staff did not seem to care about service.

Ask for a room with a fridge if you need snacks and drinks handy. our fridge was surprisingly spacious for a hotel room.

spacious layout, inviting outdoor seating, adequate kitchen unit
The furniture felt outdated and mismatched, akin to old government furniture!!! The refrigerator had access issues due to poor placement, which made storing food inconvenient!!! The location was quite tricky to navigate and not close enough to restaurants!!!

The room was spacious and clean, definitely a highlight. The two separate bedrooms were great for family privacy. I loved the shower, very refreshing. Only downside was the ice machine situation—one broken machine for the whole hotel? Not ideal. Overall it was a comfy stay with a top-floor room as requested.

We had an amazing time in the two-bedroom suite! The boys loved hanging out in the spacious living area while we enjoyed the full kitchen. The cozy lobby with the instant pots was a hit, and the nearby MetraPark Arena offered fun entertainment options.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities specifically for kids.

missingWrote a review on 17 Augclever furniturenon-slip bath matpoor breakfastwear and tear
The room layout impressed me right away. It featured clever multi-purpose furniture and offered ample storage space, including a large closet. I especially appreciated the non-slip bath mat and the grab bar in the bathroom, which made the stay safer. The kitchenette had all necessary cooking supplies, and the lighting options made the space feel bright and welcoming. However, I wish they had included recycling options for their shampoo dispensers, as that would align with eco-friendly practices. I noticed some wear and tear in the room, but I found it very comfortable overall. The breakfast situation could definitely use some work. it felt poorly stocked on the mornings I visited, which was disappointing. With a few updates, this could become an excellent place to stay.
